1. Ar-Jor House The word “Ar-Jor” means great-grandmother. The house’s layout was entirely replicated from a design in Penang, influenced by the Art Deco style, which features a blend of curved and angular forms. The roof is topped with light red tiles from France, and the floor is laid with alternating white and green Italian tiles. The bathroom tiles are engraved with the words “Made in England.” Originally, this was the ancestral home of a wealthy Phuket merchant family. Now in its fourth generation, the descendants have restored and transformed the nearly 90-year-old house into a museum, restaurant, and accommodation.

2. Windmill Viewpoint Located on a hill between Ya Nui Beach and Nai Harn Beach, this area hosts wind turbines used for generating electricity. The viewpoint offers a vast, panoramic view of the sea. The foreground is adorned with gently swaying grass, enhancing the scenic beauty. Visitors can also see the large wind turbines up close. During the daytime, the sea appears a stunning shade of turquoise blue, with islands stretching out into the horizon. The yachts scattered across the water complete the picture-perfect landscape.

3. Promthep Cape This Cape is the southernmost viewpoint on Phuket Island and is famous for its stunning sunsets. The cape curves gently in tiers toward the sea, surrounded by rows of sugar-palm trees and wind-blown grass. To the right, you can see Nai Harn Beach and Man Island, while to the left lies Nai Ya Beach, a small secluded beach. Regardless of where tourists spend their day—whether relaxing or exploring—many make their way to Promthep Cape in the late afternoon to witness the breathtaking sunset.

4. Chalong Temple This is one of the most revered and iconic temples in Phuket. Tourists often stop here to pay respects to Father Chaem, a highly respected monk, for blessings and good fortune. Renowned for his sacred power, miraculous healing abilities, and deep compassion, Father Chaem has earned unwavering faith from many followers. Although he passed away over a century ago, his legacy, spiritual influence, and virtuous reputation continue to be remembered and honored by generations.

5. Big Buddha of Nakkerd Hill Located not far from Chalong Temple, this is one of Phuket’s most important landmarks. The highlight is the massive Buddha statue in the subduing-devil posture, which can be seen from many parts of the island. Tourists frequently visit to pay their respects and admire the stunning panoramic views of Phuket from this elevated vantage point.

6. 3-Bays Viewpoint This is another renowned viewpoint in Phuket, offering a stunning panoramic view of three picturesque bays: Kata Noi Bay, Kata Bay, and Karon Bay. The breathtaking scenery has made this spot a favorite among visitors, and it’s often said that if you visit Phuket but don’t take a photo here, it’s as if you haven’t truly arrived

7. Patong Beach This is the most famous beach in Phuket, fully equipped with amenities such as hotels, restaurants, and water sports-gear shops to cater to tourists. Stretching over 4 kilometers, Patong is the island’s most visited beach. After the COVID-19 pandemic, Patong has transformed into a more beautiful and tranquil destination, featuring soft white sand, clear blue waters, and stylishly-decorated beachfront areas perfect for photo opportunities.

8. Phuket Mining Museum This museum showcases the history of tin mining in Kathu District and serves as an important educational site for future generations. The museum is divided into two main sections. The outdoor area features various types of mining methods such as open-cast mining, shaft mining, manual carrying, hydraulic mining, and pit excavation. The indoor exhibition, known as "Ang Mo Lao Nai Hua Muang," presents the history of tin mining and the lifestyle of mining communities.

9. Rang Hill This is a peaceful and lush area located atop a hill, offering sweeping panoramic views of Phuket Town’s skyline. Surrounded by green hills, the main viewpoint provides a serene and scenic atmosphere. The area also serves as a health park for exercise, a public space for relaxation, and features several restaurants. Visitors can come during the day for clear views or at night to enjoy the sparkling city lights from above.

10. Stone Bridge is a relaxation spot within Phuket Town, featuring a beach at the end of Phuket Road, slightly extending into the sea. It is home to the 60th Anniversary Monument (Shell Circle), which was erected in 1968 to commemorate Captain Edward Thomas Miles, an Australian who introduced the first mining ship for tin extraction in Thailand in 1909.

11. Separated-Hills Viewpoint is one of Phuket’s hidden gems, located in near Tamarin Bay and not far from Cape Panwa. It is one of the few places on the island where visitors can enjoy a full 360º panoramic view. From this spot, you can take in the breathtaking scenery of the Andaman Sea and the lush green hills of the island. The atmosphere is peaceful and uncrowded, making it an ideal destination for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts



14. Phuket Old Town is a town with rich history, and one of its prosperous pasts is reflected in the area filled with Sino-Portuguese style buildings along both sides of the streets, creating a distinctive and unique charm. These old buildings are scattered throughout the town, offering opportunities for walking tours and photography. Additionally, there are beautiful Street Art displays for visitors to enjoy and take photos of. The streets that connect seamlessly include Dibuk Road, Phang Nga Road, and Thalang Road.

15. Queen's 72nd Anniversary Celebration Park where Golden Sea-Dragon Plaza is located, is in the heart of Phuket Town. It is an interesting tourist attraction due to its convenient access. Especially when festivals are held in the evening, it adds vibrant colors and a lot of fun. It is believed that the dragon is a sacred creature that will help protect the people of Phuket and visitors.

16. A large Cruise Ship for tours to Phi Phi Islands offers a variety of seating options suitable for all ages. The tour includes activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and observing marine life and coral reefs at Monkey Beach. Visitors can take beautiful photos of Maya Bay, Pi Leh Bay, Loh Samah Bay, and Viking Cave. A delicious buffet lunch is served on the island, and after that, there’s free time to relax, stroll along the beach, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy a drink at one of the charming and cozy cafes at Ton Sai Bay.

17. Benyaran Museum is the largest modern historical museum in Asia, consisting of several completed buildings. It features exhibits of various ancient places, such as a pawnshop counter, ancient coins, and different series of banknotes, underwater artifacts, antique televisions, old pottery, a vintage cinema, a collection of various types of alcohol, a wide array of tools and equipment, over 130 types of traditional medicinal items, and military equipment from the army, navy, air force, and marines. The museum also showcases a World War II-era and Vietnam War aircraft runway and a model of an ancient mining ship, among other historical items.

18. Samet-Nangshe Viewpoint is a highly-famous tourist spot in Phang Nga that is well-known to many. It is considered one of the most beautiful sunrise viewpoints in Thailand. Visitors can enjoy stunning views of various islands and limestone mountains in Phang Nga Bay, especially in the morning when the sunlight sparkles and shines through.

19. Crouching-Elephant Mangrove Nature Trail, a result of collaboration between the local community and a National Park, focuses on preserving natural resources while benefiting the community. Tourists can enjoy a leisurely walk under the lush canopy of the mangrove forest along an approximately 800-meter wooden walkway (Mangrove-Viewing Bridge), which blends harmoniously with nature. There are viewpoints along the way where visitors can experience the beauty of the mangrove forest on both sides of the Water-Bay House Canal.


21. Klong-Thom Saline Hot Springs are located in the mangrove forest area of Bee-Village Canal. It consists of 14 hot spring pools, varying in size, arranged in a row. Each pool has a moderate salinity level, with water temperatures ranging from 40 to 47 ºC. The water is not overly hot, and it is clear and clean, reflecting the sky in an emerald color.


23. Tiger-Cave Temple is another beautiful temple in Krabi, offering a peaceful atmosphere and nestled within nature, surrounded by mountains, a cave with stalactites and stalagmites, as well as ancient trees. In addition to being a place for meditation and spiritual practice, it is also a popular spot for viewing stunning sea of mist in Krabi. The temple is situated approximately 600 meters above sea level, but visitors must climb 1,260 steps to reach the viewpoint.


25. Twin Mountains are located at the entrance of Krabi Town, featuring two limestone mountains about 100 meters high, standing alongside the Krabi River. In addition, there is a museum and a local handicraft center, where visitors can explore exhibits of ancient tools. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as crafting model long-tail boats, weaving natural cotton fabric, and learning about fish farming in floating cages.
